Hors d’oeuvres are based on the time of day, duration of event & number of attendees. They can be dressed up for a formal affair with chefs at each station and butler passed selections or dressed down for a casual environment with self serve buffet stations

There’s no secret that family style seating is a favorite around here.
The clean, elongated lines
that family style seating creates is so different than the look
you get with standard round tables. … The increased movement of guests is something I notice every time one of our receptions is set for family style seating
